A while back, we were hired to help manage a garden designer’s social media profiles. The designer regularly shared decent, well-written content to their pages but overall, their posts hardly got any comments or likes and their reach was pretty low. We worked with them to create a social media campaign to promote an amazing design project they were volunteering for, which involved creating a surprise garden for a local family with a child with disabilities. Because the garden designer was doing something so wonderful and brilliant, their audience couldn't get enough of their social media posts and wanted to come along for the journey as the garden took shape. While their only intention was to give back to a family in need, they were excited to see their followers finally engaging with their content.
